By accessing or using GetCollabs, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
Using GetCollabs
GetCollabs provides a marketplace connecting creators and brands for paid collaborations. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your profile and complying with all applicable laws.
Creator and brand responsibilities
- Deliver work as agreed in collaboration briefs and timelines
- Provide accurate audience and engagement information
- Disclose sponsored content in accordance with advertising regulations
- Communicate professionally through the platform
- Not engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or harassment
Payments
Payments for collaborations are processed through GetCollabs' in-app wallet and escrow system. Fees, payout schedules, and dispute processes are outlined within the app at the time of each transaction. GetCollabs is not responsible for tax obligations arising from your earnings.
Content
You retain ownership of content you create. By using GetCollabs, you grant us a limited license to display your profile and portfolio content for the purpose of operating the platform. Brands and creators agree to separate usage rights as part of each collaboration agreement.
Account termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the GetCollabs community. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
Limitation of liability
GetCollabs is provided "as is." We are not liable for disputes between creators and brands beyond the dispute resolution tools provided in the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount of fees paid to GetCollabs in the preceding 12 months.
