Content Removal

GetCollabs is committed to maintaining a safe and trustworthy platform for creators and brands. If you believe content on our website or app violates our policies or your rights, you can request review and removal using the process below.
What you can report
- Profile information that is false, impersonating, or misleading
- Portfolio or campaign content that infringes copyright or trademark rights
- Harassment, hate speech, or abusive messages
- Spam, scams, or fraudulent collaboration offers
- Content that violates applicable advertising or disclosure laws
- Personal data posted without consent
How to submit a request
Email partners@getcollabs.co with the subject line Content Removal Request and include:
- Your full name and contact email
- The URL or in-app location of the content (profile link, campaign ID, etc.)
- A clear description of why the content should be removed
- Supporting evidence such as screenshots or ownership documentation, if applicable
- Whether you are the rights holder, affected party, or authorized representative
Review process
We review all requests in good faith and aim to respond within 5–10 business days. We may contact you for additional information before taking action. GetCollabs reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or decline requests that lack sufficient detail or appear to be submitted in bad faith.
Copyright and intellectual property
If your request relates to copyright infringement, please include identification of the copyrighted work, the location of the infringing material, a statement of good faith belief, and a statement that the information in your notice is accurate. We may remove or disable access to reported content and notify the affected user where appropriate.
Counter-notifications
If your content was removed and you believe it was removed in error, you may reply to our notice with an explanation and supporting information. We will review counter-notifications and may restore content if the removal is found to be unwarranted.
Repeat violations
Users who repeatedly post prohibited content may have their accounts permanently suspended. We may cooperate with law enforcement when required by applicable law.
